My name is Piyush Ku***. On the 11th of this month at around 9:00 PM, I deposited ₹150 into a game account, but the amount has still not been credited to my game balance. The money was successfully deducted from my Indian Post Payment Bank account, yet it appears to be stuck and is not reflected in the game.
After noticing the issue, I followed the required steps within the game by selecting the “deposit not received” option and submitting my profile details. However, despite completing this process, there has been no proper resolution, and my money has neither been credited nor refunded.
I request that the ₹150 deducted from my Indian Post Payment Bank account be refunded as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided regarding the status of this failed deposit. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly without any further delay.
