India Post Payments Bank Not Refunded Issue

I am writing to report a wrong/fraudulent UPI transaction carried out through Paytm using my India Post Payments Bank account. On 17 March 2026 at around 06:02 PM, an amount of ₹3,999.99 was transferred from my UPI ID 8218550949@ptyes (Name: Nitin Kashyap) to the UPI ID 6371738750@indianbk in the name of Mangal H**, with UPI reference number 601109640825. This transfer was done by mistake and appears to be fraudulent. On 17 March itself I contacted customer care and a complaint was registered under reference/complaint number 794965. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved and the amount has not been returned to me. I request you to urgently investigate this transaction and help me get a full reversal of ₹3,999.99 to my account. I am also attaching the payment screenshot as supporting evidence. I expect this matter to be treated as urgent and resolved as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your support.
