India Post Payments Bank Deducted ₹3,500 but Cash Withdrawal Not Received
I hold an account with India Post Payments Bank (IPPB), and on March 7 I attempted to withdraw ₹3,500 through UPI using the IPPB application. The transaction is shown as successful, and the amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received the money.
When I contacted customer care and the post office staff, and explained that ₹3,500 had been deducted but I did not receive the cash or any credit, I was only told that the withdrawal was successful, without being offered any proper resolution or refund.
I request that my case be urgently investigated and that the ₹3,500 be refunded to my IPPB account or correctly credited as soon as possible, since the money has already been debited from my account without being paid out to me.
