India Post Payments Bank UPI Transaction Failed and ₹2,000 Is Missing
I am a customer of India Post Payments Bank, and I am writing regarding a failed UPI transaction that has remained unresolved for about one month. My India Post Payments Bank user ID is 3995837. On December 22, 2025, at around 6:55 PM, I made a UPI payment of ₹2,000 from my India Post Payments Bank account to the UPI ID qbeniwr**@iob. The order/transaction reference number is RC2025122218541889021596a, and the UTR number is 535697401983.
The amount of ₹2,000 was successfully debited from my account, but it has not been received by the intended recipient. Despite waiting for a long time, the money has neither been refunded to my India Post Payments Bank account nor credited to the receiver’s UPI ID.
I have already attempted to seek support, but my issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any clear or satisfactory explanation. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed using the reference and UTR numbers provided, and that the ₹2,000 either be immediately refunded to my India Post Payments Bank account or properly credited to the intended UPI ID. I also request a clear written explanation of what went wrong and confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
