No refund for faulty Ikea drawer
I wanted to talk about how frustrating it was to buy a drawer from an Ikea store. I bought it a while ago, but it was broken, so I sent it back and asked for my money back. They told me the refund would be processed within a certain amount of time, but that time has passed and I haven't gotten anything. I called them several times, but they didn't answer, and now I don't know where the product I sent back is. Even worse, there was an earthquake in our country, and I am having trouble paying my bills right now. I told them what was going on, but they didn't seem to care in the least. I thought they would apologize or show some kind of concern, but all they did was shrug. I've decided not to shop at this store anymore, and I hope that others will learn from my experience. It is wrong to ignore a customer's pleas for help, especially when they are having a hard time.
