IKEA Never Delivers Your Products On Time

I'd never recommend Ikea to anyone. It's a massive blunder waiting to happen. They will take your money and never deliver the product on time. When they do call, there is no apology in sight. Instead, they advise you to inquire with the people who delivered it. And good luck contacting a customer service representative because they will keep you on hold for hours, increasing your frustration level to eleven. It irritates me how they handle things. When you express your concerns, they portray you as the one threatening them. They simply say, "We won't deliver the product." and hang up the phone. In terms of delivery and customer service, Ikea must significantly improve.
