What I have been going through for the last couple of weeks has been very teaching for me, I want to pass this "outstanding experience" on... So, it's been exactly a year since I bought a closet for my bedroom at IKEA. They came out and put it together for me, but I noticed right away that the last three drawers and two drawers didn't work right. I went back to the IKEA store in Forum Istanbul, where I bought it in the first place, and asked them to replace it. They did replace it, but I had to pay 650 Turkish Lira for it. That wasn't the end of my problems with IKEA, though. I also bought a cabinet for my living room, but the kids' mouths were also made of chiffon. I was really upset because I always thought that IKEA's products would last a long time and be of good quality. I just wanted to tell you about my experience so that you know what to expect if you decide to buy furniture from IKEA. I hope you've all had better experiences with the company, but if you haven't, you're not alone.
