IKEA Delivery Fiasco, Missing Communication and Unresolved Issues
I'm still waiting for the delivery of the products I purchased from IKEA. On June 16th, I received a message stating, "Your package with tracking number IKEA-673671894442 will be delivered today by Arvato in 2 boxes. If there are any missing or damaged items, please make a note on the delivery report. B018." However, there has been no delivery and no contact whatsoever. When I call the courier company, they tell me to contact the seller, and when I call IKEA, they assure me that someone will get back to me soon. I've called twice, but there has been no response. I'm about to go out of town for the holidays, and I'm still waiting for the package. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I purchased the cabinets from the store, but they were out of stock, so I had to order the doors online. I've been using the cabinets without doors for a week now. I urgently need a resolution on this matter.
