Unresolved IKEA Order Delivery Issue

On July 6th, I placed an online order with IKEA, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items. However, despite making the payment on time, my package is nowhere to be found. Horoz Lojistik, the carrier company, appears elusive and unreachable, adding to my frustration. I tried several times to contact IKEA customer service, providing them with my order number (130607231052736), hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, IKEA appears unresponsive and unconcerned about my situation, leaving me dissatisfied with their customer service. As a long-time IKEA customer, I never expected to have such a problem with their delivery service. The lack of urgency in addressing my concerns is disheartening. IKEA must take immediate action to locate and deliver my package as soon as possible.
