Missing Pet-Friendly Covers on IKEA Norsborg Sofa

I purchased this Norsborg sofa from IKEA due to its removable covers, which are ideal for my pet. Now I find out that production has ceased. I did not care that the covers were in poor condition because I believed I could replace them at any time. But this report? Major downer! On top of that, the covers are so worn out and have even lost their color, severely undermining my confidence in IKEA's quality. Despite the 10-year warranty and shopping assurance from a major brand like IKEA, I paid a premium price for these couches that day, and I no longer wish to use them in their current state. I'm not okay with the current situation. I anticipated superior service and product durability. I'm seeking assistance to overcome this disappointment. IKEA must take action and address this mess.
