IKEA NORSBORG Seat Cover Supply Problem

We bought a Norsborg couch from IKEA three years ago, but after just one year, the line was taken off the market. To make things even worse, the "seat cover" is no longer made. We're disappointed that IKEA doesn't sell replacement parts for a product they guarantee for ten years. The cover is getting old, and we would pay for a new one, but when we called IKEA, we were told that the product is no longer available. This is not okay with us. Even if IKEA stops making a product, they should still offer spare parts for ten years as promised. As customers, we're disappointed that IKEA doesn't stand behind their products, and we hope they'll do something to fix this. We want IKEA to change their policies and keep making spare parts for their products even after they've been taken off the market. We are going through very sad and stressful times because of this problem.
