After buying the covers for the Vimle model 3-seater sofa from IKEA in July 2022, we noticed that the fabric was getting yellow. We had to pay more to replace the covers in November, hoping that this would be a long-term fix. Even though the sofa is kept in a room that doesn't get direct sunlight, the new covers turned yellow after only 6 months. This is a clear sign that there is a problem with the upholstery's quality. When we asked for a return, they sent an expert, who took pictures and then left without giving us any more information. Since then, we haven't heard back, and our calls are still not being answered. It's very upsetting that a well-known brand like IKEA won't take responsibility for the things they sell. We won't give up; we'll stand up for our rights and go to court if we have to.
