IKEA's Disregard For The Email I Sent Regarding The Damaged Product


Hello, On June 30, 2024, I placed orders with the numbers 113006241423826 and 113006241429216 for eight Rönninge wooden chairs. The attached photo shows one of the chairs with a cracked part. Furthermore, unlike the other seven chairs, one part did not fit correctly. I sanded the misfitting part and reassembled the chair, but I'm concerned that the cracked part will cause issues in the future. I contacted IKEA to find out how I could get a replacement for the cracked part, but I have yet to receive a response after three weeks. I would like to get my problem resolved.
