Incomplete and Damaged Furniture Delivery at IKEA

I ordered a table and chair set from IKEA's online store on August 8, 2023. The products were delivered on August 16th, but two pieces were missing, much to my dismay: a portion of the table and one chair. The missing chair eventually arrived, but it was not only broken but also missing several pieces. The missing table part has yet to arrive, and despite numerous attempts to contact IKEA over the past 12 days, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. I always get the same response: "We are looking into it and will get back to you." However, no one reached out. To summarize, my IKEA experience has been one of disappointment and regret. It's disappointing to run into such problems after making a purchase and expecting quality service.
