Unresolved IKEA Montage Service Refund Issue
On September 18, 2023, I purchased furniture from IKEA and requested assembly service, which I later canceled on September 21, 2023. However, I have not received a refund for the assembly fee since that date. I've contacted customer service several times and even visited the store, but I've received no help or resolution to my problem. They keep telling me to wait, but no follow-up or refund processing has occurred. I'm quite fed up with this situation because it has dragged on for far too long without any concrete action from IKEA. As a customer, I expect prompt and courteous service, particularly when it comes to refunds. This encounter left me feeling unheard and unsatisfied. I respectfully request that IKEA address this matter as soon as possible and process the refund for the assembly service as per my cancellation request. I'm hoping for a quick resolution to this problem.
