After my visit to the Bursa, Turkey, IKEA, I am very unhappy. The Bondis wall clock was only 199 TL at the Izmir IKEA store (for those with a Family Card), but when I went to buy one at the Bursa location, I was shocked to find that it was 379 TL. I asked the store clerk and customer service for clarification but got inadequate answers both times. After being told that there were two products with the same name, I went back to the shop only to find that the price had increased to 299 TL and that the family card discount was only valid in that city. I wasn't just annoyed by the price difference between stores; I was also put off by the store manager's dismissive demeanor. Because of their inconsistency and poor customer service, this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
