I have been unable to access my Binance account, which I have used for a long time. The account has most likely been inactive for 1–2 years, and for the past 7–8 months, every time I try to log in, I encounter this problem. I am told that my account is “deactivated/closed,” but when I try to open a new account, I receive a warning saying that an account already exists with my phone number and email address. In other words, I can neither access my existing account nor create a new one using the same information.
Because I don’t remember my password, I tried using the “forgot password” option, but no verification code or password reset link is sent to my email address. Despite this, I continue to receive promotional and marketing emails from Binance, which clearly shows that they can reach my email address, but the system fails when it comes to account access.
During this process, I contacted Binance Support multiple times. The Turkish support redirects me to global support, and global support responds very slowly and gives the same template replies every time, without offering a concrete solution. I had previously submitted a request to change my email address following their instructions, but I never received a clear or final response regarding that request either.
I want my account to be reactivated and to be able to access it using my existing credentials. If the account is going to be reopened, I request that my previous email change request be canceled and that my account be linked to my current phone number and my original email address. I expect Binance to provide a fast, clear, and actionable solution to this long-standing access issue.
