IKEA Order Missing Parts - No Response From Support
I placed an order through IKEA Turkey’s website, including a product named NISSAFORS, which arrived missing 18 nuts. Despite contacting support several times and providing all details, no real solution was offered. I was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours, yet days passed with no update or action—only generic replies like “our responsible department will contact you.” It’s disappointing to face such lack of transparency from a global brand. Customers expect reliability, not silence. I now request the product to be collected as delivered and a full refund issued immediately. This experience has damaged my trust in IKEA more than the missing parts ever could. I share this not only for myself, but to remind that true customer care shows in how brands handle problems, not just sales.
