IKEA Missing Delivery and Unresolved Problems
On July 15, 2023, I delivered 8 IKEA Bayrampaşa store purchases to their transportation department for shipment to Balkesir. Our items had been handed over to the Borusan Lojistik company, according to a message. However, we later discovered that only four pieces were sent, and they stated that the delivery, which was originally scheduled for July 25th, could not proceed without all items. We are still missing four items as of August 2nd, and their whereabouts are unknown. This situation has caused a great deal of anxiety and inconvenience. Despite reaching out to IKEA, no viable solution to the ongoing problem has been offered. We feel helpless and frustrated as a result of IKEA's lack of accountability and failure to resolve the issue. The situation has devolved into a living nightmare, with no end in sight.
