Ikea Turkey Markus Chair Order Delayed and No Response to Cancellation Request
I ordered a Markus chair from Ikea Turkey's online store, but after a week, it still hasn’t been delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact Ikea Turkey for updates, no one has responded. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I submitted a request to cancel the order, but again, there has been no response or action taken.
This level of customer service is unacceptable for a company like Ikea. If you cannot fulfill an order on time or respond to customers, how can you expect us to trust your services? I strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Ikea Turkey. Ikea, I demand immediate action to cancel this order and process my refund!
Still no refund, they are waiting for the return of the cargo. The cargo did not reach me, they do not care about the process. For the information of those who will shop.
