Badoo App Error Freezes Account After Photo Verification

I am writing regarding an issue I encountered with my Badoo account on my Android phone. On Sunday, March 15, my account was suddenly frozen, even though I carefully followed all the rules and steps.

I logged in from a new phone using a new account and completed all required steps, including photo verification, and everything was done correctly. Despite this, my account was frozen even though I did not do anything that violates the rules.

When I contacted Badoo support on March 15, I was told that the reason was a violation. However, I had just activated the account and had not performed any actions within the app before it stopped working and showed that it was frozen.

I do not accept being treated as if I violated the rules when I did nothing wrong. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that the freeze be lifted, and that my account be reactivated, as I followed all required steps correctly and did not commit any violation. I also note that I have not made any in-app purchases or used any premium features on this account.
