IKEA Turkey and Horoz Logistics Disaster! I ordered a product from IKEA Turkey online, and after it was shipped, I was notified by e-mail by IKEA. My products were given to a logistic company called Horoz Logistics. At the expected delivery date, I checked the cargo tracking link and it said the product could not be delivered. I called Ikea, they said that we gave the product to the logistic company and the problem is not theirs. they also said that i must wait till the logistic informed me!! I waited for 3 days and no one called. I called again IKEA, same answer. Then I called Horoz Logistics and received information that a parcel of my product had not reached the distribution branch. I wonder why it hasn't arrived, there is no answer. I ask when I will receive it, but there is no answer too. My product has officially disappeared, there is no contact person or answer. Yes, Ikea's products are affordable and of high quality, but you will never see a customer service after purchase. Never order IKEA Turkey products online, even if they give them for free. and the low quality company called Horos Logistics, I don't even know what they did to my product. never trust them!
