IKEA Delivered My Online Order Incomplete and Customer Service is Unresponsive

The products I bought from the IKEA website were delivered incomplete. I had purchased two products (“jall laundry drying rack”, “hallbar waste sorting box”) but the laundry drying rack is shown as delivered even though it was not delivered. I called customer service and they opened a record. It's been 2 days and not even an e-mail about the process. I called again, they said “waiting for a response from the cargo company”. I have had many problems with delivery before. I have never seen a company as unsuccessful in online shopping and delivery as IKEA. Of course, such situations are a process, but this process should not be so slow. For example, when you buy a product on Amazon and have a problem, sometimes they say that you don't need to send the product back, we have deposited your refund. IKEA, on the other hand, prefers not to trust or protect its customers at all. The reason why a company that does not care and value its customers so much can grow so much in Turkey is that it has no competitors. When there is no competition, the customer is served with the attitude of “if it suits you”.
