Since that date, I have been following up with Parimatch every day by email and support tickets between 11.01.2026 and 15.03.2026, but the issue remains unresolved despite continuous communication. For this issue, one of the ticket numbers given to me by Parimatch support is 67824230. Even after so many emails and tickets, I have not received my money, nor a proper solution or clear explanation for this long delay, which is extremely disappointing and feels like very poor service.
