IKEA Delays Replacement Part for my Faulty Bookshelf

On February 20, 2023, I bought a bookshelf from the IKEA online store, only to find out that one of the parts is faulty. So on February 25th, I sent it over to Horoz Lojistik for an exchange. They told me that a new undamaged part would reach me within a week. Yet here we are, on March 18th, and still no sign of the new piece. I've called their customer service countless times and there's still no solution in sight. I don't even know where my part is anymore! This situation has been really difficult to deal with - all this waiting and uncertainty is really taking its toll on me. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my replacement soon and can finally put together my bookshelf!
