IKEA Failed to Pick Up My Broken Bookshelf Despite Repeated Promises



As a result of the bookshelf I bought from IKEA arriving broken, I requested an exchange on their website on November 9. However, the logistics company they work with, Horoz Lojistik, is such a terrible company that instead of coming to pick up the bookshelf during this process, they keep giving us false dates and wasting our time whenever we call them. Not only do they not come on the dates they promise, but they also don't inform us that they won't be able to come. Despite calling their headquarters multiple times, they only say it has been noted and take no action whatsoever. When I called IKEA and explained the situation, they also just said it was noted. I have been a victim for over a month, and both companies are quite indifferent, showing no inclination to resolve the issue. Everyone is already complaining about the company called Horoz Lojistik, and despite all these complaints, the fact that IKEA is still working with them shows the value IKEA places on its customers.
