IKEA Sent a Damaged Bookcase and Has Not Resolved My Refund Request for Months
I bought a bookcase from IKEA online on November 27, 2024, but parts of the product arrived damaged. I requested an exchange, but it was processed as a refund instead. I could not establish clear communication with customer service, and despite three months passing, the issue remains unresolved. I want to return all the products and receive a full refund, but no progress has been made. Since some parts are missing, I cannot assemble the bookcase, leaving me with unusable pieces. I have been waiting for three months and feel completely let down. I want to return the products and get my money back.
I am calling customer service from the IKEA store, stating that I want to return the bookshelf, but we cannot make any progress. They say 'We have recorded your request, they will call you within 48 hours,' and the same cycle continues. I wrote to Şikayetvar, but unfortunately, my problem cannot be resolved.
