IKEA Delivered a Broken Desk and Hasn’t Processed My Return Request for 21 Days



IKEA has been causing me trouble for 21 days. On November 17, I ordered a desk, which was delivered broken by Horoz Logistics on November 24 with order number 121711240644796. As soon as I opened the package, I wanted to return it and called the delivery person. They said they could only pick it up after the return was approved. I contacted IKEA customer service and submitted a return request, also sending a photo of the broken desk via email. Although I received a message stating that my request had been processed and I would be informed soon, days have passed with no update. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I still have no information. After 21 days, I’m stuck with a broken, unopened desk and no resolution. I’ve never experienced such negligence in any of my previous purchases.
