The quality of the seats on the two sofas that I purchased from the Ikea store on October 27 was subpar, and I was very unhappy with my purchase. Just three months later, the seats already had a feathered appearance and had begun to make noise. I contacted Ikea's customer service and provided them with visual evidence as well as an email; however, I was informed that there was no quality defect and that the problem was with the fabric's quality. This is not acceptable to me, and I believe that I should be given a refund for the poor-quality product that I purchased.
