IKEA Replaced My Defective Eskilstuna Sofa but Denied Warranty Coverage

We purchased an Eskilstuna two-seater sofa from IKEA. Within less than a year, despite being rarely used, the fabric started to fade. Upon inspection, IKEA acknowledged it as a product defect and replaced it with a new one. However, within another year, the same issue occurred again. This time, I was informed that the replacement product was not covered by warranty, which was never mentioned before. Essentially, IKEA took back the defective product, sent me another one with the same defect, and now claims that it is no longer under warranty, effectively eliminating my right to a refund or replacement. When I pointed this out to the IKEA representative who called me, their response was: “You can interpret it however you like.” I am reaching out to IKEA’s headquarters in Sweden regarding this issue and will also take legal action. I ask anyone reading this if replacing a defective product with another defective one, only to later deny warranty coverage, sounds like a fair resolution.
They never get back to you, just so you know. Spend your money on more corporate companies. I guess the company's attitude varies from country to country. For those who are curious, I am attaching the original color of the chair.
