IKEA Delivered a 2-Seater Instead of Replacing My 3-Seater Sofa Under Warranty

After months of struggling to have the 3-seater sofa we purchased from IKEA about a year ago replaced under warranty due to my quality concerns since day one, the company initially offered me a refund for the original purchase amount from a year ago. When I refused, they agreed to provide a new replacement, but instead, they delivered a 2-seater sofa. After waiting so long for a resolution, they called me today to inform me that an expert inspection would occur tomorrow, completely unaware of what they had already delivered. Their lack of coordination and professionalism is absurd.
