IKEA Sofa Deformation Ignored by Customer Service


I purchased two three-seaters and one two-seater sofa from IKEA a few months ago. Despite careful use, one of the three-seater sofas developed deformation, as seen in images and videos. I contacted customer service and sent emails, but they dismissed it as user error with a brief message after their investigation. I was truly shocked. It's disheartening that IKEA reached such a conclusion based on just a few photos. I feel utterly let down. They could have at least sent a technician for an on-site inspection. It's saddening to see the sofas I had high hopes for deform so quickly, even before a year has passed. I hope IKEA reconsiders this situation under more thorough conditions. Hopefully, my grievance will be addressed.
