I recently purchased the Huawei GT 3 Pro smartwatch from the official Huawei site, along with "free" headphones, a cord strap, and an extended warranty. However, upon receiving the device and realizing that it was not the model I had intended to purchase, I attempted to return it within the 14-day return period. Despite this, the returns team informed me that the "free" headphones, which had been included in the initial purchase price, were not refundable. This caused a significant financial loss and left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with Huawei's customer service. Furthermore, the return manager I spoke with was unhelpful and unwilling to find a satisfactory solution. As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing any more Huawei products in the future, and I advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase from this company.
