Huawei Watch Fit 3 Order Stock Shortage Problem
I pre-ordered the Huawei Watch Fit 3 smartwatch on May 8, 2024, directly from Huawei's official website within the first 24 hours. It was stated that distribution would begin on May 14. However, after approximately 4 days since distribution was supposed to start, there was no progress. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the selected gift strap was out of stock. Consequently, my order, along with the strap, would be shipped on June 10, almost 1 month after the order date. They also asked if I wanted to cancel. Despite the device being in stock and my request for the strap to be sent later, I was told such an option wasn't available. Opting to shop from Huawei's official site over other e-commerce platforms, I feel disappointed by their flawed sales policy, leading to customer inconvenience.
