On December 10, 2025, I purchased a Fakir Spot Cleaner PR8038 steam upholstery and carpet cleaning machine from Vatan Bilgisayar, paying approximately $258. I used the product for the first time on December 13, 2025, and during this very first use, it immediately started displaying a “dirty water tank full” warning. Even though we repeatedly emptied, cleaned, and dried both the clean and dirty water tanks, the warning did not reset under any circumstances, making the product completely unusable.
After this, I contacted Fakir customer service and was told that I needed to write to their WhatsApp support line. When I explained the situation via WhatsApp, I was then given a service phone number. However, when I called the service center, no one answered the phone. Additionally, despite the product being almost brand new, I was not given any clear information about whether I would be charged a service fee if I sent it in.
Since this product was defective from the very first use and I was unable to use it at all, I request that my inconvenience be resolved. I am asking for the return of the product through Vatan Bilgisayar and a full refund of the approximately $258 I paid for this purchase.
