I bought the Huawei Watch GT 4 (41mm) in 2023 as a gift for my spouse. At first, everything seemed fine. But just a year later, the watch broke down and had to be sent in for repair. The service team replaced the motherboard and other parts, then returned it to us.
Unfortunately, not even five months later, the watch has broken again—this time, it won’t even turn on. It’s completely unresponsive. I am truly disappointed and regret ever buying this product. I expected better durability and support from Huawei, especially after already dealing with a major repair.
Huawei, please offer a permanent solution or replacement. A premium smartwatch shouldn’t fail this frequently.
