Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite Repair Fiasco

I'd like to share the story of a significant deception by Huawei. I purchased a Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite model approximately a year ago. There was an issue with the speaker in the watch from the very first day I bought it, and after a certain period of time, it was repaired under warranty at the authorized service center. During the repair, the speakers, cover, sensors, and battery of the watch were changed. However, after receiving the watch back, this time the battery started to have problems. After 1 month, I took it to the service again. About a month later, they replaced all the parts of the watch except the band and delivered it to me. However, after receiving it, I encountered a problem. You see, my watch was a Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite model, but now it started to appear as a Huawei Watch GT 3. The source of the problem was that they couldn't find the motherboard of the Elite model, so they installed the motherboard of the GT3. Even though I did not accept this and requested that my watch be changed to the Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite, the headquarters refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to change the watch or fix the issue. They wanted me to come and take the watch back from the service. Look, I'm telling you plainly, Huawei headquarters literally puts people in their best place and dictates to you if it suits you. There are laws in this country, and no matter how much they do wrong, they should rectify their mistakes. I will not tolerate their mistake, nor will I thank them for it. I refuse to take the watch back and will make the necessary applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will continue this fight until I receive the Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite model that I paid for.
