Hotels.com Did Not Offer Free Parking, Unable to Contact Customer Service

I purchased a room for 1 night at Çeşme Grand Faik Hotel on August 12th, checking out on August 13th, through the Hotels.com website. I had previously made several reservations on this site and always considered it reliable. However, when searching for Çeşme Alaçatı, I always select the "must have parking" option as finding parking in the area is quite challenging. When I searched, Grand Faik Hotel appeared with a high rating, and the term "parking" was visible on their main pages. Without hesitation, I made the purchase. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist. We called out, informed them that our car was at the door, and asked about the parking. They said there was no parking, and we could park if there was space in front of the door. They also directed us to a paid parking lot nearby. If we were going to park in a paid parking lot, there were plenty of hotels without parking in Çeşme, and I would have reserved any of them. The gentleman who came to greet us not only did not help at all but also had a rude attitude and tone. My husband said we wouldn't stay here and asked to cancel our reservation. He replied, "You decide; you'll handle it through hotels.com," with an indifferent attitude. So, we left and hurriedly tried to find another hotel in Çeşme on a Saturday night. I can't explain the distress we went through. Anyway, I immediately tried to get in touch. We could only communicate with Hotels.com customer service through writing online, and they said they would look into it. Honestly, we never expected a negative outcome, but they sent us an email saying we wouldn't get a refund for a hotel we didn't stay at. I am incredibly disappointed and angry. If my issue is not resolved, I will contact the Consumer Rights Authority and use all my legal rights. Also, I can never reach the contact number! It keeps ringing intermittently. It's very troublesome.
