Hotels.com Reservation Issue - No Room at Arkem Hotel in Istanbul


I booked a room at Armel Alaçatı Butik Otel through Hotels.com. I'll be checking in on July 13 and checking out on July 14. Your reservation has been confirmed and the payment has been successfully processed. I made a phone call to the hotel to confirm all the necessary arrangements. I was informed that there were no available slots and that I couldn't secure a reservation. I informed them that I had made a reservation and even showed them my receipt, but they insisted that they had not been informed and that there were no rooms available.
They ended the call after informing me that there were no openings. I reached out to Hotels.com, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. My vacation turned out to be a complete disappointment, and I feel like my annual leave was completely squandered. I would like to request a refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
