Hotels.com Refund Not Received After Cancellation at La Bella Hotel Istanbul

I booked a stay at La Bella Hotel in Taksim, Istanbul through Hotels.com for November 22 check-in and November 23 check-out. On September 22, I canceled this reservation through the Hotels.com mobile app after paying a total of ₺541.23. However, even after 2 days, no refund has been issued to me.

After canceling, I tried to reach customer service, but I only encountered automated voice responses, which incorrectly said, “You have no canceled reservations.” I have been unable to reach a real representative. This situation feels like both unfair treatment and unfair profit. It was my first time using Hotels.com, and because of this problem, I will never choose to use it again.

I request that my payment be refunded to me as soon as possible, and I also expect Hotels.com customer service to be more accessible.
