Unsatisfactory Hosting Service from Hostinger

I'm writing to voice my displeasure with the hosting service I got from your website. I have been facing problems with my host for the past three weeks and despite multiple attempts to reach out to your live support team, I have not received any satisfactory resolution. The constant problems with my host have made it extremely difficult for me to carry out my online activities and has caused a significant amount of stress and frustration. I have been relying on your live support team for help, but instead of resolving the issue, I have only been given empty promises and distractions. To make matters worse, as of January 18th, 2023, my return period has expired and the problem still persists. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it was no longer possible as the return period had expired. This response is unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of consumer protection. I am writing to demand that my rights be respected and that I receive a full refund for the hosting service I purchased from your website. I believe that I have the right to receive a product that works as advertised, and in this case, that has not been the case. I hope that Hostinger will take this matter seriously and resolve it in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your company has a reputation to uphold, and I hope that this experience will not discourage me or others from using your services in the future.
