BDG Blocked My Gaming ID and Froze ₹1500 Balance

I have been using the BDG app with my ID 7368036362 and was playing a game on this ID. I started playing at around 2 o'clock in the morning and continued until about 11 o'clock in the morning without receiving any notification or warning from BDG. While I was playing, the game suddenly stopped backing up. When I closed it and opened it again, I saw that my ID had been blocked. There is around ₹1500 balance in this blocked ID. I was not informed of any reason for the blocking, and the block happened suddenly while I was actively playing. This situation has caused me both financial loss and inconvenience. I request that my BDG ID 7368036362 be unblocked as soon as possible so that I can access my account and the ₹1500 balance in it again, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this sudden block.
