Hostinger Has No Refund Policy

I bought hosting and a domain from Hostinger. May 14, 2024 They said I'd get a refund within 30 days of buying, but they still haven't given me my money back. They don't even offer a way to get your money back. We're not able to connect to live chat support to ask about the problem. I would like to request a refund before the 30-day period expires.
