Hoover Service Failed to Show up for the Installation Appointment Twice

I recently purchased a dryer from Hoover and scheduled an appointment for the installation with their team, however, twice they failed to show up for the appointment. This not only wasted my time, as I had to take time off from work but also left me feeling disenchanted with the brand's service. It was especially disappointing considering that I have had previous experiences with minor issues with other products I have purchased, but never have I encountered such an unreliable and unprofessional service style from a brand. Furthermore, the thought of asking them to come a third time, and possibly being let down yet again, is unappealing to me. I must say I am surprised and disappointed with the quality of service provided by Hoover. It leaves me questioning the overall reliability of their products, and whether they are truly a reputable brand.

They have a tendency to ignore all channels I guess...Simply nothing still...
