Unresolved Service Issue And Lack Of Communication – Beymen / SMEG

I am sharing this complaint to warn other customers about my ongoing unresolved issue with Beymen. I purchased a SMEG 50’s Style coffee machine from the Beymen website in April 2025 and started using it in August 2025. Shortly after I began using the product, it malfunctioned. I reported the issue through Beymen’s official channels and was instructed to return the product for authorized service. In line with this instruction, I sent the coffee machine back on 7 October 2025. Since that date, I have received no response, no status update, and no solution. There has been no phone call, no email, and no information provided to me about the status of my product. I have been waiting for months without any transparency or feedback. It is unacceptable for a company of Beymen’s reputation to keep a customer waiting for such a long time, without communication or resolution. This situation clearly demonstrates a serious lack of responsibility, transparency, and customer care. Due to the excessive delay and lack of communication since 7 October 2025, I now expect an immediate resolution in the form of either a full refund or a replacement SMEG 50’s Style coffee machine. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will continue to share my experience on all consumer complaint platforms and consider further steps to protect my consumer rights. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious.
