19I purchased a Hoover dryer, but I’ve been waiting nearly a week for it to be installed. Every time I contact customer service, they say the issue has been passed along, but nothing gets resolved. They promise installation in the afternoon, then delay it to the evening, and now I can’t even reach them for updates.
This lack of service is unacceptable and has completely ruined my excitement for the product. A brand like Hoover should not inconvenience its customers this way.
I demand immediate action to complete the installation. Delays like this are frustrating and unprofessional. Please address this issue promptly and restore my trust in your service.
