Having Trouble Getting Help From Hoover's Official Repair Center
My dryer was leaking water, so I called Hoover Service. As a working person, I requested a service appointment between 4 and 5 p.m. However, they did not appear on the scheduled date six days later. Instead, they casually suggested I hire another service provider or a handyman to fix the problem, claiming they couldn't help any further. The woman on the phone's indifference and apathy were bad enough, but the fact that they couldn't arrange service for my recently purchased appliance was beyond disappointing. Furthermore, her suggestion that I take time off work as if I were requesting special leave for a service appointment was ridiculous. I have no complaints about the Hoover brand, but if something goes wrong with one of their products, it appears that you are on your own. In my opinion, this service experience has tarnished the brand's reputation.
