Hoover Dryer Delayed Installation
I recently purchased a Hoover dryer, and the shipment arrived in three to four days. I contacted the customer service department after the product was delivered to schedule the installation. We haven't heard from anyone in 13 days, and no one has even bothered to show up or call. I was forced to call customer service again, and this time I demanded that the technical service be installed on a specific date and time. Their response was, "We'll provide the information after 5:00 PM," but no one has contacted me in the days since. Despite the fact that I have yet to use the dryer, I am very disappointed with it. I need the installation to be completed as soon as possible.
