I own a Hoover dryer that has always been noisy, but we accepted it. However, it has now started running for hours without completing its cycle, and recently, it has stopped drying clothes altogether.
I reported the issue to Hoover’s customer service on December 19, 2024, via their helpline at 08508111290. Despite leaving a service request, 15 days have passed without any follow-up. Customer support keeps redirecting me to the service center, and the service center sends me back to customer support.
This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. I demand immediate attention to this issue, proper servicing of my dryer, and better communication from Hoover. I regret purchasing this product and hope this matter is resolved promptly.
