Hoover H-DRY 500 Dryer Suffers Repeated Motor Failure for Months
I own a Hoover H-DRY 500 dryer, and I have been experiencing a recurring motor failure for approximately four months. During this time, the appliance has malfunctioned intermittently and has failed to perform its drying function properly, which has seriously disrupted my daily use.
I live in Istanbul and contacted Hoover customer service regarding this issue. An authorized service team visited my home, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a permanent solution, and the motor problem continued even after the service visit.
Because this ongoing motor failure has not been resolved for months despite service intervention, I request that my Hoover H-DRY 500 dryer be repaired free of charge. If a permanent fix cannot be provided, I request that the product be replaced with a fault-free unit.
